Energize your attitude toward health and fitness at the Fitness Center!

Our Fitness Center provides you with a supportive atmosphere that helps realize your fitness goals. To offer members top-level fitness care, the Center offers a state-of-the-art facility. Check us out, meet our talented staff, and experience our equipment and programs.

As always, the Fitness Center accommodates those with specific health needs, as well as those who may just need guidance and motivation. Whether a seasoned exerciser or beginner, our experienced and informed staff will guide you toward a strong, fit and well-nourished body.

The main Center boasts 2400 square feet of workout space filled with state-of-the-art Cybex weight training equipment, elliptical transports, Star Trac treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, rowers, stairmasters, and a separate free-weight area.

Other programs include personalized exercise programs. If you need motivation and direction, treat yourself to one-on-one workouts with our qualified fitness specialists. These programs, offered in packages of one,12 or 24 sessions, include a comprehensive fitness evaluation and consultation, followed by a personal fitness program tailored to your health and fitness status. Our personalized exercise programs cover ages 8 and up!

Fitness Center programs reflect community needs. Our experienced and informed staff will guide the seasoned exerciser and the beginner, no matter what your medical situation may be, toward a strong, fit, and well-nourished body.
