Group fitness does more than build muscle! It builds relationships, provides energetic experiences and creates a dynamic culture. It is the heart and soul of a training environment...the place where dreams are achieved with company. Stay in shape all year with classes from yoga and Pilates to body conditioning and spin class. At any fitness level, at almost any time of the day, there is a class to get you on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Regular exercise improves your health and self-image, so whether you want to lose weight, tone up, or simply get moving, you are sure to find a class that is right for you. Class instructors are certified and/or have degrees in fitness. We encourage members to speak to the instructor before taking a class. Please wear lightweight clothing to allow you freedom of movement and aerobic, step or cross training shoes.

Registration Information For Fee Based Classes
Registrations can be made on-line, by mail or in person for all wellness classes. If there is insufficient enrollment, you will be notified of a class cancellation one week before. Please register on time to avoid unnecessary cancellations. Classes that meet size limits will not be open for members to drop in. You may try a class for the first time for free.
