Exercise is an important part of healthy living for everyone; it is a vital component to maintaining balance, mobility and activities of daily living. Benefits can include improved endurance and energy levels, lower health risks such as high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes, better balance, posture and memory, boost in mood, increased muscle strength and so much more!

Our classes are appropriate for all levels of ability and do not require registration.

Class offerings include Boxing for Seniors, Cardio Dance Party, Fit for Life, Balance and Agility and more.

This program offers exercises that are designed to improve muscular strength and flexibility. Using hand-held weights, resistance bands and exercise balls, he will offer a light cardio program that will also help to increase balance and coordination. This class is good for all fitness levels.

Sit & Be Fit

This class offers a total body workout regardless of fitness level. Our instructor will introduce exercises that are designed to increase cardio fitness, enhance muscular strength & flexibility and improve joint stability, balance, coordination and agility. The workout of low impact movements uses hand-held weights, all in a fun-filled and relaxed environment. Come join us and see what you can do.

Healthy Moves

Join us as Maurice Cobb, certified NPTI for over ten years starts us off with a cardio warm-up and then guides us through exercises that are designed to strengthen your muscles and to increase balance and stability.
