Motor skills including catching and throwing are emphasized, switching drills every 5-7 minutes to keep activities fresh for children with short attention spans. Play is on a 36 x 21' court, with a smaller net. We use stations that focus on everything including agility, technique, and gameplay perfect for training them to utilize a variety of skills that build a good foundation for future athletes.
