Fight Back Against Parkinson’s
Rock Steady Boxing improves the quality of life for people with Parkinson’s disease through non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness training. Exercises are specifically designed for those with Parkinson’s, and focuses on overall fitness, strength, reaction time and balance.
Open to all people with Parkinson’s diagnosis. No boxing experience necessary.

30 Minute Sessions: Intense half hour classes with a maximum of 3 participants.
60 Minute Sessions: With a maximum of 4 participants, you still receive individual attention.
