Soft Yoga & Sound Healing Meditation
Join us for a transformative experience blending soft yoga and sound bath healing. Flow through gentle yoga, then immerse in meditation with the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls. Aligned with the new moon, this session focuses on new beginnings, boldness, and intention setting.
The first half of the class will be devoted to some gentle yoga-based movement to release tension and bring the body into balance.
Next, participants will be immersed in healing sounds from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls as they are guided into meditation. This therapeutic soundscape will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, helping to quiet the mind and open the heart.
This event is programmed to coincide with the rising of a new moon, and as such we will focus on themes of new beginnings, boldness, and setting intentions for personal growth.

Michelle Vanca
