Hi JCC Members!
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Kaplen JCC on the Palisades App! Mazal Tov!
The JCCOTP App is for JCC members only and is your way to schedule visits to use JCC health & wellness facilities and book spaces in group exercise classes and personal training and massage sessions.
Of course, for now, it can be used to book time in our outdoor pool complex (both lap and family swim), as well as spaces in our outdoor group exercise classes, and to stay up-to-date on our virtual group exercise class options. We look forward to opening additional functionality as the state and local agencies allow.
To get started, follow the directions below. You will need your JCC imis/Membership ID code to create an account. ID codes can be found on your membership card (or in the KeyRing App if you loaded your ID card there in the past). If you have an email on your membership account, we emailed you earlier today with your imis/membership ID for your convenience.
DOWNLOAD THE APP
Please head to the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store and download the "JCCOTP" app.
Click/tap REGISTER to create a NEW account using your JCC imis/Membership ID number. Please enter an email that you will remember and have access to, you will use that to sign-in once your App account is set up.

SCHEDULE A VISIT OR SIGN UP FOR AN EXERCISE CLASS
To schedule a visit to our outside pool complex for either lap or family swim, click/tap "Schedule Visit", select what you would like to reserve, and then choose a start time and duration, followed by "reserve". Other facility choices will be added in the coming weeks, as we are allowed to reopen more areas of the JCC.
To sign up for a spot in a group exercise class, click/tap "Reserve Classes & Appts", choose your day and class and tap "Reserve". You can also view our updated virtual group exercise schedule here. This will also be how you can ultimately reserve personal training and massage, but not just yet!
Each member may make up to 3 reservations/week & can reserve up to 7 days in advance. Seiden members may make up to 5 reservations/week & can reserve up to 14 days in advance. If no slots show up for you when making a reservation, it means you have passed your weekly limit.
Once you click/tap "reserve" on either a facility or class you will also be able to add the reservation to your personal calendar!

Please note, that only members in good standing will be eligible to sign up for a visit or join a class. If you need to re-activate your membership, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow for a few days for re-activation.
